Ron Sylvia, founder & Lead Pastor of Church @ The Springs in Ocala, Florida will lead the BEYOND THE CONFERENCE Networks. Ron has personally coached hundreds of church planters and pastors and is the Director of NEXT Churches, a network of reproducing churches. As one of a few certified to train others in the Tom Paterson Strategic Planning Process, Ron has a passion to help pastors think and act strategically in the local church.
