Experience more effective growth as a leader with BEYOND THE CONFERENCE Networks. Take your conference experience further in an innovative network designed to take you from hearing to implementing. As a Lead Pastor, you will learn to most effectively apply the healthy, practical tools and best practices taught by Key Conference Leaders. Don’t leave the conference in a notebook, take it home!

In addition, get on-the-job monthly training to discuss unpredictable key pressure points as you encounter them. In other words, find solutions that work for unexpected challenges. Learn to break barriers in your church, whether numerical, financial, or relational, and then learn how to lead your church to the next stage. The emergence of problems is inevitable – allow BEYOND THE CONFERENCE to help you productively navigate, leading your church as God intends.

Beyond the Conference Networks:

• are comprised of 12-15 Lead Pastors
• are led by an experienced pastor/coach
• meet one day a month from 10am-4pm, for six consecutive months.
• focus on one key teaching from a conference speaker each month
• are focused on putting conference ideas into practice in the local church
• offer training in strategic planning & leadership development for the local church
• provide a small group experience for Pastors to grow in their leadership
• build relationships that will last beyond the network
• require a 6-month commitment and a one-time $100 registration fee
• cost $250 per month for 6 months (monthly billing)
