What Are You Making Room For?
Updated: Jan 14, 2021
Mary brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling clothes, and laid
Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.
Luke 2:7

No room.
On the day Jesus was born, there was no room for Him.
Over 2,000 years later has anything changed?
Is there room for Jesus in your life?
This Christmas season, go beyond your normal Christmas traditions and activities.
Prepare your heart for your Savior by simply making room for Him.
Make Jesus the priority.
Set time aside to just be in His presence.
Pray.
Read His word.
Give Him thanks and praise.
Whether You already know Him, or you don’t have that personal relationship with Him
just yet, God loves you and wants you to seek Him.
James 4:8 says, “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.”
When you make room for Jesus, you prepare your heart to know Him more!
Beyond the Manger is a one-day live stream event that will draw you closer to our
Savior, Jesus Christ.
Through Scripture and story, Beyond speakers will teach on the powerful names of Jesus
to give us a better understanding of the attributes of our Savior. There will also
be special guests and worship music to prepare our hearts to hear from God.
My prayer for all of us this Christmas season is to make room for the Savior of the world,
Jesus.
“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all
wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts
to God.”
Colossians 3:16
